Shipping Policy

We take care to dispatch physical Krishna Flute products safely and promptly. Digital course purchases are delivered online and do not require shipping.

Order processing

Physical orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Estimated delivery

• India: approximately 4–7 business days after dispatch.
• International: approximately 10–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Courier partners

Orders may be shipped through Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post or another suitable courier partner.

Shipping charges

• Prepaid shipping within India is free unless checkout states otherwise.
• Cash on Delivery, when available, may include an additional handling fee.
• International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel details. Import duties or local customs charges may be payable by the recipient.

Tracking and addresses

Tracking information is shared by email or WhatsApp after dispatch. Please provide a complete address, postcode and reachable phone number. Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information may require additional delivery charges.
