Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Krishna Flute. This policy applies to digital courses and physical flutes purchased from this website.

Digital courses

Digital course purchases are non-refundable once the order is confirmed and course access has been delivered to the purchaser’s account. Please review the curriculum, language and access period before enrolling.

If payment was completed but access was not delivered, contact us so we can verify the order and restore access.

Physical flutes

Flutes cannot be returned or exchanged for preference, scale selection or change of mind. If a flute arrives damaged, notify us within three days of delivery. Include the order number, clear photographs of the product and packaging, and an unpacking video where available.

After verification, an eligible damaged flute will be replaced. Applicable return or redelivery arrangements will be confirmed by our support team.
